Recently, it has come to our attention that some of our customers are requesting free warranty servicing from the agent for water heaters and ceiling fans that are not working properly, even though the issue is due to installation problems.
Upon further investigation, we have noticed that this is mainly due to customers hiring outside installer services.
Please note that the agent's warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by installation.
Please ensure that the installer/electrician you engage has experience with heater/fan installation to ensure your own safety. Thank you.
