Warranty for improper installation done

Recently it has come to our attention that some of our customers are requesting for free warranty servicing from the agent for water heater and ceiling fan not working properly even though it is due to installation issue.

Please note that the agent warranty only covers manufacturing defect and does not cover damaged cause by installation.

Please ensure the installer/electrician you engaged have the experience for heater/fan installation to ensure your own safety. Thank you.
